Civilians’ trial in military court: Hearing in petition put off due to absence of lawyer

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday adjourned hearing in a petition challenging the trial of civilians in a military court under amendments made to the Official Secrets Act and Pakistan Army Act 2023 due to absence of senior lawyer in the case.
